How we started: Arlene worked with Sue to launch Retail Eyes in 2002. She worked as Senior Account Manager in the UK for several years. After the sale of Retail Eyes 2011, Sue launched Shared Insight in the US. Seeing a gap in the market for Irish based mystery shopping Companies, the duo decided to launch eyes on retail. Together, they have over 30 years experience in the Customer Service Sector.

Arlene is founder of Eyes on Retail. She is an energetic, assertive driven individual with a proven track record of achieving results. She is fanatical about quality, processes and customer service. After many years as Market Supply Manager for the Baileys brand, she was involved with the set up of retail eyes in the U.K. She was senior account manager for one of their biggest clients. After the sale of Retail Eyes in 2011, Arlene worked in sales and customer service in the medical software sector. Seeing a gap in the market, Arlene and Sue decided to launch in Ireland combining their expertise and years of experience to set up a consumer focused business and help Companies overcome their challenges.
Sue Day
Sue is the dynamic founder and talisman of Retail Eyes, Shared Insight and now has involvement with Eyes on Retail. She is a detailed orientated operator. With over 20 years experience in the sector, Sue has literally written the manual on how to create successful customer experience programmes. She created retail eyes in 2002, widely acknowledged as a pioneer of the industry and the most successful independent customer experience business of its time. Following the subsequent sale of the business in 2011, Sue founded Shared Insight. Sue focusses on her role as Chief Operations Officer and ensuring that Shared Insight delivers the very highest quality of programs to its clients.
